Passenger Service Agents

Sioux Lookout Base

Job duties include…ensuring timely acceptance of passengers and cargo; providing boarding assistance; greeting flights, making boarding call announcements; ensuring customer service levels are maintained to the highest level.

Minimum requirements include...minimum grade 12 or equivalent; knowledge of the region serviced by Wasaya Airways LP; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to speak and understand Oji-Cree is a definite asset.
